FACTORY "DNEPROVSKAYA MANUFACTURE" IN DUBROVNO

Cloth factory "Dneprovskaya manufactory" in Dubrovno is one of the oldest Belarusian enterprises that processed flax. It operated from 1900 to 1941. The building of red brick, located on the eastern outskirts of the city, not far from the modern flax mill, reminds of those times.

This monument of industrial architecture of the early 20th century, where the dye shop used to be, was abandoned for a long time, the restoration work, carried out in two stages, was completed only in 2018. Now inside there is a museum dedicated to the history of the enterprise, as well as a hall of civil ceremonies. The surrounding area has been landscaped and turned into a recreation area with flower beds and gazebos.
